  • Research (new) management frameworks
  • Pick goal setting, accountability and performance management frameworks most suitable to company situation
  • Adjust methodology and create introduction and change management plan
  • Drive implementation through other departments

 

Perfect alignment between all departments to prioritise most important strategic objectives and keep track transparently

  • Implement agile modus operandi for selected projects first
  • Manage planning, tools, workshops, stand-ups, etc.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by engaging with all stakeholders, capturing their input and by supporting them to adapt to the new mode

 

Establish leadership and right project management for unique and temporary cross-department projects

  • Conduct status quo analysis
  • Assemble task force (project team)
  • Create project plan
  • Establish modus operandi and lead project

Here’s what you should be ready to contribute

  • Masters university degree in management with distinctive results 
  • Professional experience in top-tier management consulting or corporate development where PMO projects have been managed
  • Work experience in an organization that introduced or continuously improved OKRs
  • Strong communication and empathy skills, structured, well-thought-out way of working 
  • Fluent in English compulsory, German or French a plus
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Perfectionist mindset and willingness to frequently go extra mile for team members in order to educate the organization and keep formal standard of project organization on progress on highest level
  • Strong personal appearance and performance motivation coupled with a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as affinity for latest collaborative project and performance management tools
